We never store card details; payments go directly to the acquirer.
Processors
Data is shared only as needed with: the acquirer (Teya/Straumur), PayPal (if chosen), Printful (name and address for delivery), Pósturinn, our email provider and host (Hostinger, within the EEA).
Retention
Order records are kept for 7 years (bookkeeping law). Quote requests that do not lead to a purchase are kept for up to 24 months. VIP accounts can be deleted at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object. Contact info@arctic-market.com. You may complain to the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd).
Cookies and local storage
We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies are used (VIP and admin login). Your cart and the logo you upload to the visualizer are stored in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us until you place an order or send a quote request.
